Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. During peak periods such as holidays or product launches, processing times may increase slightly, but we’ll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days once shipped.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days once shipped.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination, typically between 7-21 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $50. The discount will automatically apply at checkout for eligible orders.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! However, please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other duties that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and may vary by country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey right to your door.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an error in the address provided, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wacktastic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Delays

Shipping times are estimated and can be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in the event of a delay.
